As the lead UX/UI designer, I crafted the end-to-end experience for Diplom.id’s digital credentials platform and its public-facing website. Starting with user research and journey mapping, I defined personas and core flows — certificate creation, batch issuance, analytics dashboards, and social sharing— then translated them into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
